Wedding Transportation FAQ

What should I budget for wedding transportation?
Pricing varies by vehicle, duration, and date. Contact us directly for a custom quote — we'll match the right vehicle to your budget and itinerary. Most bookings have a minimum of 3–4 hours.
How far in advance should I book?
For most weddings, 6–9 months ahead is recommended. For spring weddings (March through June), book at least one year in advance — this is also prom season, which creates high competition for vehicles. The earlier you book, the more vehicle options you'll have.
Can all of my bridal party fit in one vehicle?
Our stretch limousines seat 8–14 passengers comfortably. For larger bridal parties, we recommend combining a limousine for the wedding party with a sedan or van for immediate family. We can coordinate multi-vehicle movements seamlessly — just tell us your group size.
Do we pay while the limousine is waiting?
Yes — the clock runs from the moment the vehicle is dispatched to your location until it returns. This is standard in the industry. We'll help you plan your timeline efficiently so there's no unnecessary waiting time.
Can we rent a limousine for just one hour?
Most providers, including Imperial, have a minimum booking of 3 hours. For airport runs or point-to-point transfers, shorter bookings may be available — contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Are there any discounts for weddings?
Discounts may be available for weekday weddings or off-peak dates (November through February). Multi-vehicle bookings for large wedding parties may also qualify for package pricing. Ask us when you inquire.
How many people can Imperial transport on my wedding day?
From 2 to 2,000 guests. We've coordinated full wedding transportation for events of every size — from intimate ceremonies to grand receptions with hundreds of guests across multiple venues.
Can our wedding coordinator inspect the vehicle?
Absolutely. We encourage coordinators and couples to inspect the vehicle in advance. Contact Bert directly to arrange a viewing at our location.
