Pick the Right Vehicle for Your Group

The stretch limousine is the traditional prom ride. Ours seats 8 and comes in white or black, with mood lighting and premium sound. If your group is smaller or larger, the fleet has other options.

  • Stretch Limousine: 8 passengers, white or black
  • Chrysler 300: 1 to 3 passengers, a black executive sedan for a couple or a small group
  • Ford Expedition Max: up to 6 passengers
  • GMC Yukon: up to 7 passengers, Platinum trim, by advance reservation
  • Sprinter or Transit: up to 14 passengers
  • Accessible Mini-Bus: up to 18 passengers, with a hydraulic wheelchair lift
  • Federal: 23 passengers, for a bigger group that wants to travel together

Book Early for Prom Season

Spring is prom season, and it is also a busy time for weddings. Couples and prom groups are booking the same vehicles for the same weekends, so the best choices go quickly. The earlier you reserve, the more choice you will have.

Prom Transportation FAQ

How far ahead should we book a prom limo?
As early as you can. Spring is prom season and a busy wedding season at the same time, so limousines are in high demand. Call as soon as you have your date.
How many people fit in the limousine?
Our stretch limousine seats 8. For a bigger group, we can suggest a larger vehicle, such as a Sprinter or Transit for up to 14 or the Federal for 23, or split the group between two vehicles.
Do you pick up outside central Ottawa?
Yes. Our service area covers Ottawa and Gatineau, including Kanata, Nepean, Barrhaven, Orléans and Hull.
Can we plan everything in French?
Yes. Our team is fully bilingual, so you can plan the night in English or French.
Do you also drive graduation nights?
Yes. We handle both prom and graduation. Tell us where the ceremony, dinner or celebration is, and we will plan the route between your stops.
