Weddings

Wedding Guest Shuttles

Out-of-town guests should not have to find their own way to your ceremony. We run hotel-to-venue shuttles and late-night returns, so guests arrive on time and get back to their hotel at the end of the night.

The 23-seat Federal is ideal for a wedding shuttle. Larger weddings can add a Federal Coach or a highway coach. We coordinate the shuttles with the rest of your wedding transportation, from the bridal car to the last guest run.

Corporate

Corporate Events and Conferences

Conferences, off-site meetings, delegations and staff events all run on timing. We coordinate multi-vehicle moves for conferences and delegations, multi-stop team shuttles for off-site meetings, and group arrivals at the airport.

Corporate accounts get monthly billing, and we accept government and corporate purchase orders. Service is bilingual, in English and French. See our corporate car service and airport transfers.

Schools and Teams

School Trips and Sports Teams

We carry school groups, sports teams and fans. Book a coach for a class trip or a tournament, or bring the whole group to a Senators or Redblacks game or a concert at Canadian Tire Centre. See more special event transportation.

A Sprinter or Transit suits a single team. The Federal Coach and the highway coach carry larger groups and work well for longer intercity runs. Every driver is licensed, trained and vetted, and every vehicle is smoke-free and inspected before each run.

Highway coaches require advance reservation, especially from May to October, so call early for spring and summer trips.

How many people can you move at once?

From 1 to more than 400 passengers. Our largest single vehicle is a highway coach with 54 to 56 seats, and we combine vehicles for bigger groups.

How far ahead should we book a charter bus?

As early as you can. Highway coaches require advance reservation, especially from May to October.

Do you have a wheelchair-accessible bus?

Yes. Our accessible mini-bus seats up to 18 and has a hydraulic wheelchair lift.

Can you shuttle wedding guests between the hotel and the venue?

Yes. We run hotel-to-venue shuttles and late-night returns for out-of-town guests.

Can one booking cover several vehicles?

Do you travel outside Ottawa?
